    Your preferred date is a request. We'll confirm it or offer the nearest slot we can genuinely commit to.

  3. 03We diagnose, then quote

    We find the actual fault and explain it in plain language. Nothing gets done until you approve it.

Engine & gearbox faults

Some engine and gearbox faults can only be confirmed after the unit has been removed and opened for internal assessment. Where this is necessary, our team will explain the process and applicable strip-and-assess charges before proceeding. Once the inspection is complete, we will provide a repair quotation. If the repair quotation is not accepted, the agreed removal, stripping, assessment and related labour charges will still be payable.
